  • World Book Day at the Junior School

Mon 09 Mar 2026 Mrs Greatorex

What a fantastic World Book Day we had at the Junior School! Our children came into school bursting with excitement wearing some truly brilliant costumes, from beloved book characters to creative homemade outfits, it was wonderful to see everyone celebrating the joy of reading.

Throughout the day, the children took part in a range of book‑themed activities, shared their favourite stories, and enjoyed spending time exploring new books together. Their enthusiasm and imagination made the day truly special.

We hope you enjoy the photos, which capture just a few moments from our celebration. Thank you to all our families for the effort put into costumes and for supporting a love of reading at home.
