All Saints CE Infant and All Saints CE Junior schools are founding partners in the Matlock & Dales Primary Partnership. This is a beneficial partnership between neighbouring church schools. Our partnership was developed by leaders within each partnership schools, the Trust and the governors (now LAC members) from each school.
What is the Matlock and Dales Primary Partnership?
● We are a partnership of schools. All schools are within the Matlock and Dales geographic area.
● All schools are equal partners within our primary partnership.
● All schools retain their distinctive vision and established identity.
● Retaining and growing great staff: the partnership of schools will develop a recruitment and development programme for staff of all levels starting with: teachers, teaching support staff, governors and administrative staff.
The children and staff within each partnership school benefit from a range of staff who provide support and additional provision, ranging from specialist ELSA and Nurture, through to leadership in maths. Training is shared (for teachers, TAs and office staff) and our subject leaders work together. Local academy members work together to strengthen the support and challenge provided for each school.
Each school shares an Executive Headteacher and a full-time, non-class based Special Educational Needs co-ordinator (SENCo) who leads our Inclusion Team.
What is the aim of the partnership?
Our established partnership has three shared aims. We focus on these to continually improve the offer we provide for all children and staff.
Which schools are part of the partnership?
The partnership is comprised of five neighbouring church schools who are all part of DDAT: All Saints CE Infant, All Saints CE Junior, Bakewell CE Infants, Darley Churchtown CE Primary and St. Giles CE Primary school.
