As you can appreciate many staff travel into school and, despite best preparations, are snowed in, and unable to travel into school. This means that we are unfortunately unable to safely open our school site, unable to provide catering and unable to provide safe staffing levels.
Staff from school will be sharing some available learning via the school website by mid-morning (10:30 a.m.) which children can access to help them practice key skills. We hope the children will also enjoy some time in the snow during this unusual cold snap.
As the nights continue to lengthen and we wake to frosty mornings, the excitement of Christmas continues to build and winter is certainly upon us. Here in school we are working as hard as ever and of course enjoying all the fun of the season learning carols, preparing for our Church Services and of course trips to the Pantomime and delicious Christmas Lunch! Find out all about what is going on and look ahead to the new year in the link to our latest December Newsletter 2022 on our website.
