Our vision and aims

All of our staff and our governors reviewed All Saints' vision and aims in September 2018. Leaders at all levels looked at All Saints' original founding documents from 1875 to consider and reflect on:

  • why are staff at All Saints';
  • how we should live and work.

You can find out more about the history of All Saints' on our website.

Our agreed vision at All saints' is focused on: family, faith, flourish.

All Saints' aims to

Inspire kindness, realise potential, value all.

Our vision of family, faith and flourish is supported in Biblical text:

"God gave you that gift...Now let it flourish, as a small flame grows into a fire"

2 Timothy 1: 6 (International Children's Bible)

All Saints' ethos states how we will achieve our vision and aims:

All Saints' aims to provide high quality education within a caring environment, rooted in Christian belief, values and practice.
