Our Curriculum at All Saints'

Our curriculum at All Saints'

The Curriculum is all the planned activities that we organises in order to promote learning, personal growth and developmen. It includes not only the formal requirements of the National Curriculum, but also the range of additional opportunities that the school organises in order to enrich the experiences of our children.

Every year group within the school covers the full range of subjects from the National and Early Years Curriculums, including Religious Education. For more information on the National Curriculum click here

Religious Education is taught in accordance with the Derby Diocesan Religious Education syllabus 2015-2020 (Click here to download). It is mainly based on the Christian faith but includes an understanding of other religions, helping give our pupils a wider knowledge and understanding of modern Britain.

In the section below you will find details of our Yearly Curriculum Overview for each year group. You can also explore the progressive plans that we are developing for each curriculum area.

We are continuing to work on developing on our curriculum so that our children are given daily opportunities to apply their learning.
