Behaviour at All Saints’ Federation

At All Saints’, we believe that positive behaviour is built on strong relationships, clear expectations, and a shared commitment to kindness, respect, and readiness to learn.

Our Behaviour Rules

We keep things simple and consistent across both sites:

• Infants: Be kind. Be calm. Be respectful.
• Juniors: Be kind. Be ready. Be respectful.

These rules help us create a safe, happy, and purposeful environment where everyone can achieve, belong, and thrive.

Our Approach to Behaviour

We use a positive behaviour approach that focuses on:

• Clear expectations – Children know what is expected and why it matters.
• Consistent routines – Staff model and reinforce positive behaviour every day.
• Restorative conversations – When things go wrong, we help children reflect, repair, and learn.
• Celebrating success – We praise and reward positive choices through recognition boards, notes home, and celebration assemblies.

Support for All

We understand that behaviour is a form of communication. Our Inclusion Team, including our full-time SENCo, works closely with staff and families to support children with additional needs, ensuring every child feels safe, understood, and empowered.

Working Together

We believe behaviour is a shared responsibility. Staff, children, and families work in partnership to build a culture of respect, kindness, and high expectations. Together, we create a school where everyone can flourish.
