Y5 Trip to Eyam

The historical Plague village of Eyam was a super day out for our Year 5 children, where the children walked all around the village from the Boundary Stone to the Cucklet Delph.

The children loved this trip because they had already studied so many aspects of the plague and the time period so, with the talk and visit to the church, they could bring their knowledge to life and really empathise with the tragic circumstances that befell these brave inhabitants.
