All Saints' senior leaders work with staff, governors, the children and parents to improve the curriculum and teaching.

Senior leaders use their detailed understanding of All Saints' strengths and weaknesses to plan for further improvement.

The school's governors, along with school improvement partners from the Diocese, visit the school regularly to support and challenge our practice and planned improvements as we work together to help our children flourish.
